Designed as the perfect reefscaping canvas, REEFER G2+ tanks combine REEF- SPEC infrastructure with the freedom to install all your preferred hardware.

REEFER G2+ systems come with a new and improved water management system, extra-fortified cabinets and aquariums, ReefMat & refugium ready sumps, extended warranty plans, and are available in a wide variety of sizes, to fit any space.

REEFER G2+ systems are also the ideal platform for the full "Red Sea Experience", combining our LED lighting, wave pumps, dosers, and filtration devices into one smart, synchronized eco-system operated via the ReefBeat App.

Features

• Extra fortified plywood cabinet - The marine-spec laminated cabinets follow the contour of the glass, and are now all fortified and made of plywood. The "floating tank" feature is now reinforced with front aluminum supports on all REEFER 625 G2+ models and bigger.
• Dual return pump outlets - All REEFER 350 G2+ models and bigger now have dual side-facing return pump outlets, creating an even better water distribution.
• Assembly-ready piping - All pipes are preformed with quick connectors at all joints (no gluing required). Extra bulkhead connectors are available in both Metric and USA sizes for those that want to customize their sump piping.
• High precision valve - All models now have a new and improved high precision valve on the downflow pipe, allowing for easy regulation of the flow and a near silent operation.
• Professional REEF-SPEC sump -The professional sump includes a mechanical filtration media compartment (with micron filters & filter cups), which is easily removable, an optional refugium compartment, an adjustable height skimmer chamber for optimal skimmer performance, and a bubble trap to prevent air bubbles from returning to the aquarium.
• ReefMat & Refugium - Plug & Play installation for ReefMat 500/1200, together with refugium (ReefMat sold separately)
• ATO+ Auto Top Off - Full featured Auto Top system that seamlessy connects to the ReefBeat App. Reservior for top off water not included.

Rimless, ultra-clear, beveled edge glass aquarium - REEFER G2+ aquariums are rimless, and constructed from ultra-clear, beveled-edge glass with increased thickness of up to 19 mm or 0.75"

Specification

REEFER aquariums are constructed from thick, beveled-edge, ultra-clear glass to support their elegant and modern rimless design.
The aquarium sits on a recessed base that "floats" it above the cabinet, which seamlessly follows the contour of the glass.
The fortified laminated plywood cabinet that houses the sump, (and in the larger models also includes a dedicated, vented space for chillers) is smartly finished with weatherproof, epoxy-painted doors.

Water Management System

Removable surface-skimming combs surround the top of the centrally located overflow box that houses the downpipe, sump return pipe and the discreet multi-directional "eyeball" return outlet nozzle.
In the event of a blockage in the regulated downpipe, an additional emergency overflow pipe provides an unrestricted free flow of aquarium water directly to the sump.
On entering the sump the water passes through micron filters and/or filter cups with your choice of media before flowing into the optional refugium and onto the skimmer chamber with an adjustable height outlet, making it suitable for all skimmers and other reactors.
In order to remove any air bubbles that may have escaped from the skimmer, the water passes through a bubble-stripping cascade on its way to the return pump chamber.
To ensure a constant water level in the pump compartment, all REEFER sumps include an integrated automatic freshwater top-up unit, guaranteeing a constant, stable water flow throughout the complete system. Supplied as a complete self-assembly kit, all pipe work is ready without the need for any gluing

An adjustable height skimmer chamber, enabling you to set the water level for optimal skimmer performance.A "Refugium Ready" sump with two pre-set positions allows you to decide how much of the sump you want for your skimmer and other reactors and how much as a dedicated refugium chamber.

• To avoid delays please order Red Sea aquariums by themselves. If you are wishing to order multiple things, please place two separate orders. One for the aquarium, and one for the rest of your products.
• Please call for a shipping quote if ordering from NWT, YK, or NUN.
• All Red Sea aquariums are brought in and shipped out on an as ordered basis. The average turn-around time to ship an aquarium to you is two business days except as where noted below.
• All shipments outside of the Vancouver Area are shipped via trucking company with residential and power tailgate delivery, and are fully insured.
• Tanks ordered within BC and (in some circumstances) Alberta may take an extra 5-10 business days to process. Systems ordered from Alberta and east of there usually will ship within two business days direct from the distributor in Ontario.
• If you are ordering for pick-up from our store, please select in-store pickup to avoid delivery charges. You will be notified when the tank arrives (usually within 5-10 business days).
• Red Sea Max S Series aquariums are always special order and will take from 3-6 weeks to ship.
• Please note the freight company is only responsible for getting the aquarium to the destination address and off- loading it. They are not responsible for carrying it inside.
