Collection: Kalk Reactors

Calcium hydroxide is dosed as a saturated solution, not as powder, and a kalk reactor is what holds and stirs the mix so only clear limewater is drawn off. Plumbed into an auto top-off line, it adds calcium and alkalinity with the water that replaces evaporation. Calcium hydroxide powder and top-off hardware are listed in their own categories, and reactor size follows the daily top-up volume of the system.
