Collection: Freshwater

A new freshwater tank can't hold fish until nitrifying bacteria are established. FritzZyme 7 adds those bacteria directly — the ones that convert ammonia to nitrite and nitrite to far less harmful nitrate — instead of waiting weeks for them to colonize on their own. Use it when cycling a new setup, restarting filtration after medication, or recovering from a filter change or a jump in stocking levels. Stocked in 8oz, 16oz and 32oz. Bottled bacteria have a shelf life; check the date before counting on them.
