Over time powerheads, pumps and other pieces of equipment in your aquarium can start to have mineral deposits form or coralline algae or other build-ups, which can hamper the performance.

Reef Crest Pump Clean will be to keep your equipment clean will lead to a longer life and better efficiency. Simply create a liquid solution following the instructions below, and after a quick soak, deposits will start to dissolve, requiring minimal effort for complete removal.

Will not harm pumps or other electrical equipment like other products may.

Instructions

Add 3/4 cup (170g/6oz) of Reef Crest Pump Clean to 1 gallon of RODI water and mix until has fully dissolved.

Once the Pump Clean solution has dissolved you can either use a squirt bottle and brush to clean your equipment or for thicker coralline algae or other stubborn deposits, soaking the equipment in the Pump Clean solution for a couple of hours may be required.

After cleaning is complete dispose of any excess dirty solution and rinse any equipment with RODI water to remove excess Pump Clean solution before placing it back into your aquarium. The unused solution can be stored indefinitely.

1350 grams of Pump Clean will make approximately 8 gallons of solution.

Aquarium Equipment Returns

• All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product.
• Products may only be returned unused, and in original unopened packaging.
• J&L Aquatics reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 20% restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise (excluding exchanges).
• J&L Aquatics will not be responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item was originally shipped under our free shipping policy, the cost of doing so will be removed from the credit. Before returning/exchanging any goods, we require that you authorize your return with J&L Aquatics. Any items returned without our authorization will be declined.
• In the event that your order is damaged by the carrier, a claim will be filed with the carrier company. Upon approval of the claim by the carrier, your original order will be re-shipped to you at no additional cost. If you wish to return the damaged goods for a refund or credit, the 20% restocking charge will be applied. J&L Aquatics will not be held responsible for any/all shipping delays that may occur from time to time.
