The JBJ Reaction Pro 2 Canister Filter with UV - RPC-100 is a high-capacity external aquarium filter designed for strong multi-stage filtration with integrated UV-C water clarification. Built for freshwater, planted, and saltwater aquariums up to 100 gallons, the RPC-100 combines mechanical, chemical, and biological media filtration with a built-in 7 watt UV-C sterilizer to help polish water and reduce free-floating algae and microorganisms as water passes through the system.
JBJ Reaction Pro 2 RPC-100 Overview
The Reaction Pro 2 platform is designed to make canister filtration easier to set up, service, and maintain. Quick connect valves with manual taps allow the inlet and outlet plumbing to be disconnected more cleanly during maintenance, while the auto prime button helps create an instant siphon during startup. The RPC-100 is the smaller model in the Reaction Pro 2 lineup, offering a 360 GPH flow rate, 7 watt UV-C lamp, and compact 10.6 x 11.3 x 15.9 inch filter body for aquariums where strong external filtration and UV support are needed without stepping up to the taller RPC-175 body.

Directions
Install the inlet and outlet plumbing according to the manufacturer's manual, confirm all hose connections are firmly secured, and create a proper drip loop before plugging in the filter. Place the media baskets in the correct order, open the inlet and outlet valves, and use the auto prime button to start siphoning water through the canister. Always unplug the filter before maintenance, never look directly at the UV lamp while powered, and replace mechanical and chemical media on a regular schedule based on aquarium load. JBJ recommends replacing the UV-C lamp after 9 to 12 months of use.

- Frozen or perishable food can only be shipped via UPS Express. We have discounted the express shipping of these items to help the hobbyist out.

- We always make our best effort to ship your order via the carrier chosen during the check-out process; however, for some multi-piece shipments and/or remote destinations, we must reserve the right to use another carrier at our discretion (and without prior notice). - Upon request, we will do our best to ship your dry goods as per your specifications (courier, airlines, on your account, etc.).

Aquarium Equipment Returns
- All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product.
- Products may only be returned unused, and in original unopened packaging.
- J&L Aquatics reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 20% restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise (excluding exchanges).
- J&L Aquatics will not be responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item was originally shipped under our free shipping policy, the cost of doing so will be removed from the credit. Before returning/exchanging any goods, we require that you authorize your return with J&L Aquatics. Any items returned without our authorization will be declined.
- In the event that your order is damaged by the carrier, a claim will be filed with the carrier company. Upon approval of the claim by the carrier, your original order will be re-shipped to you at no additional cost. If you wish to return the damaged goods for a refund or credit, the 20% restocking charge will be applied. J&L Aquatics will not be held responsible for any/all shipping delays that may occur from time to time.
- Special order & sale items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Dry Good Order cancellations may also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- Orders that are returned or refunded when using Affirm or similar financing are subject to a 5% service charge of the original order amount including tax.
